Whooo-hooo! Our new Winter schedule is posted on the website AND we just sent out first e-newsletter! If you didn\'t get one, join our email list by clicking on the website icon or signing in at class and we\'ll add you.

The Tuesday 7-8 PM class and the Friday Noon - 1 PM class are back for 10-week runs starting next week through mid-March.

Mysore-style class now runs 4-6 PM on Fridays.

We are now offering Mysore-style class on Friday evenings from 4-6 PM. This is an individualized manner of learning the Ashtanga yoga system.  Learn to follow your own breath in this self-led, teacher-assisted class.

 

New Students are most welcome; please register ahead of time so a teacher will be ready to work with you on your first day.

 

In Mysore-style class, you will receive individual instruction as you learn and practice the full or partial Primary Series or Second Series at your own pace. No experience necessary -- new students receive direct, individual instruction. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO HAVE COMMITTED THE SEQUENCE TO MEMORY to attend a Mysore class. You may arrive and depart within the allotted time, as fits your schedule. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO ARRIVE AT 4 PM OR STAY THE FULL CLASS TIME. New students expect to stay about 45 minutes.

 

 

Come practice with us upstairs at 1210 Bay Street.
