All workshops require pre-registration and have minimum and maximum numbers of students. Workshops are not included in monthly passes --- except for the Sunday sessions with Elizabeth, but you must still pre-register.

You may pre-register in-person or over the phone and pay with check or cash. We are no longer accepting credit card payments due to high fees. Payment with a check may be made via mail to:

Fall 2010 Workshops

Yoga for Skiers and Snowboarders
5 Thursdays: Nov. 11 - Dec. 16 (no class on Nov. 25)
5:30 - 6:30 PM *new time*
$50 Early registration by Nov. 4/$60 after Nov. 4

With its focus on strengthening legs and core and increasing flexibility and balance, this ever-popular class gets you ready by the time the snow flies. Taught by Yoga Room co-founder and longtime teacher Elizabeth Beglin and limited to 15 students. Early registration recommended --- this class always fills up. Beginning Ashtanga
5 Thursdays, Nov. 11 - Dec. 16 (no class Nov. 25)
6:45 - 7:45 PM
$50 Early registration by Nov. 4/$60 after Nov. 4

Elizabeth teaches basic ashtanga concepts in a friendly, accessible manner. Want to try ashtanga for the first time, or try ashtanga again? Have injuries to work with? Just want a later evening class? Join us! Class will be geared to who shows up. Minimum 4, maximum 10 students. Sunday Morning Pranayama, Mysore-Style Practice and Q&A with Elizabeth
**included with current monthly pass** or $25 drop-in

All Levels Welcome --- you do not need to have previous experience with pranayama or mysore-style class to attend. Sign-up required however: minimum 4, maximum 12. Register with Elizabeth at 360-319-2164 or online at least one week prior to class.

7:30 - 8:00 AM: Pranayama (yoga breathing)
8:00 - 10:00 AM: Mysore-Style Practice (self-practice; teacher-assisted but not voice-led)
10:00 - 11:00 AM: Q&A
